Sustainable infill house built on a well treed corner lot. The inverted 1,800 sq.ft two-storey house was designed with inverted floor plans where social areas are located on the second floor and bedrooms on the main floor. Kitchen and dining room are connected to an elevated deck over garage, facing south and west to enjoy last rays of sun.
