The Little White Abode is a two storey home with plunge pool and rooftop terrace in beachside Perth, Western Australia.
Designed by celebrated Australian designer Mon Palmer, this home uses carefully crafted timber fins in Vulcan finished with Sioo:x to create a natural feature to the higher elevations.
The Sioo:x finish will slowly silver to a grey/white – blending in with the neutral tones and minimising maintenance for Mon and her family.
As a quality thermally modified timber, Vulcan was a perfect solution to ensure there was no leaching on the white walls.
Timber supply for this project was made by Abodo’s WA distributor Austim, with installation by Jacaranda Carpentry.
