Named for the renowned piano makers, the Knabe House at 829 Park Avenue is in the heart of Baltimore’s Cultural District. Behind the brownstone lies over 7,000 sqft of an award-winning 1999 restoration featuring a mahogany-paneled dining room, a conservatory with Italian marble columns and tiles, and a parlor with 2-foot decorative plaster moldings and updates throughout. Unfinished space of over 5,000 sqft includes the original servants quarters (knabe.squarespace.com).
