The 1000 square foot house, built in 2010, sits in a 58 acre field on a peninsula jutting into the Pend Oreille River in northeast Washington state.

Built by the owner couple and a friend in 2.5 summer months, they lived in a canvas wall tent in their field during construction.

Having recently sold their successful custom athletic apparel manufacturing business, they attended film school in Nelson, BC that fall which led to the production and theatrical release of their first feature film.
