Village Farm is Austin's Tiny Home Community located in East Austin. The village features an initial phase of 42 tiny home lots with an additional 112 lots to be delivered in 2020 for phase 2. The homes range from the mi $80k to the mid $100K. The community offers many amenities such as dog parks, picnic & BBQ areas, and community gardens.
