THE DANCING HOSUE

The Dancing House is a detached, modern 4 bedroom dwelling. The plot is on a slope so the house has been designed on several levels that make the lines of the architecture appear to 'dance' its way up the plot. High levels of insulation, green roofs, passive solar design, rainwater harvesting, local materials (wherever possible) and local craftsman, all combine to make The Dancing House an innovative, sustainable home. The material palate was restricted to matte black Dekton for the cladding panels, off white waterproof render, frameless glass balustrade, concrete colour tiled floors and micro-cement walls and living green walls.
