The project incorporated Coral Stone to reflect its use in vernacular Architecture, and also as a nod to the very material that the building’s foundations are resting on.

From PRZ Design + Build

Designed and Built in 2018, this townhome was 1 of 2 adjacent townhomes designed by the Architect and Builder team John Perez & Benji Perez, from Miami based PRZ Design + Build. The 2 brothers decided to build homes next to each other for their growing families.

Designed as 2 independent units, the families decided to incorporate a gate that connects the 2 rear decks, so that the young children can visit each other when they would like.

2 stories, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 car garage, 2600 sf.
