North River House

We are Sara and Max, a photographer and a building science specialist and architectural technician.

We built our house in 2020. This house is the result of several hours of research in design and architecture, alteration of several plans, taking into consideration the orientation of the sun, the river and the land in general. Every detail was designed to maximize functionality and aesthetics to ensure a perfect blend of comfort and style. The construction was carried out by an extremely conscientious contractor and designed and inspected by a building envelope specialist. All construction details have been designed with durability, energy efficiency and overall good performance in mind.
