The MF Apartment is a project that met all the client's requirements. As soon as it was delivered by the construction company, in its original configuration it consisted of three suites, bathroom, tv/living room right at the entrance, laundry, kitchen, dining and gourmet space.
The 170.00m² floor plan received a new format and eliminated one of the suites, which now became a tv room that completely integrates with the social area of the apartment, making it more spacious and comfortable. Suite number two became an office and the tv room, which was located in the entrance hall, now became the living room.

The new program organizes the sectorization, determining the intimate, social and service areas in a fluid way. Upon entering the apartment, through the hall, surrounded by a freijó frame, we come across the living room, then we can take a broad look at all the other kitchen, dining, gourmet and tv areas.

The living room and tv room received freijó slatted panels, making the spaces look more organic and pleasant, a special highlight were the rustic granites on the dining room wall. The joinery in the kitchen and part of the panels in the living room follow a more neutral composition, in white, as do the coverings in white Ultracompact Calacata.

In the intimate area, creative solutions were used, such as the carpentry in the office and master suite. Tailor-made bedside tables connected to the bed made everything practical and functional. The master suite has a welcoming atmosphere, the freijó woodwork brings a natural and comfortable touch, the closet with glass side closures provides the space with more transparency and spaciousness.

The project gave all environments the same color palette, light beige on the floor, freijó wood panels, rustic granite in the dining room that maintained unity in such different areas. The furniture is the protagonist of the decoration, all from renowned designers, such as Sergio Rodrigues (Mole Armchair and Tetê Armchair) Bruno de Carvalho (Locomotivo bar cart and Lena coffee tables) Estúdio Bola (Viki stools and Yoná office chair) Giorgio Bonaguro (Sofa Oslo living room) Daniela Ferro (Noah office sofa) Roberta Banqueri (Urbana living room side table).
