Lantern Road Home

This LEED Gold Certified home that was designed by its architect/homeowner with a heavy lean on energy efficiency and sustainability. The Lantern Road home, was designed to blend into the hillside and picturesque wooded setting. The exterior finishes feature sustainable and durable black locust cladding and sassafras porch ceilings that transfer from the outside in. The exterior enclosure utilizes a SIPS roof and walls built with exterior rockwool “out”-sulation for a well-insulated envelope.

Interiors are finished with a mid century modern lean, and wood finishes are highlighted with abundant natural light.
