Cedar Rapids' Wiles Design Group embarked on a transformative journey that revived every corner of this St. Louis home, from the unused basement to the ground and upper floors, infusing warm and luxurious details that evoke a welcoming ambience. The result is a grand, historic home exuding opulent charm fit for royalty!
The basement is a multifunctional hub featuring a guest bedroom with an en suite bath, an exercise room, a wine room, and a catering station. An expansive kitchen with double refrigerators, dishwashers, a powder room, and a laundry facility transforms the basement into a thriving, elegant space.
The dining room was transformed with dark blue-gray glossy walls and silvered ceiling wallpaper, making it a sophisticated centerpiece. The upper level showcases exquisite wallpapers, plush carpets, and cozy bedding, creating a stylish environment.
Beyond the main residence, the designers planned a garden, covered patio, and sparkling pool for a captivating outdoor oasis. The grand carriage house, one of the oldest structures in the area, boasts massive original doors that open to reveal an indoor-outdoor furniture arrangement, perfect for family gatherings and entertainment.
Wiles Design Group's grand renovation masterfully blends historic preservation with modern luxury – a stunning example of design excellence.
