Exposed Brick and New Tile Lends a Modern Feel to This Ranch Remodel

Presenting the grand finale of our home remodel project, which we initially undertook for a dear friend about 8 or 9 years ago. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of this journey and assist them in completing their dream home. In the previous phases, we dedicated our efforts to the kitchen and living areas, and now, in this ultimate phase, we turned our attention to revamping the cabinetry and finishes throughout the rest of the house.

This renovation included updating doors, trim, and a fresh coat of paint, enhancing the overall look and feel of the entire home. The focal points of this phase were centered around transforming the primary bathroom, where we reimagined the space, expanded the closet, and introduced luxurious features such as heated flooring and a sauna, ensuring a tranquil experience for the clients.

In addition to the primary bathroom, we also breathed new life into the other full bath on the main floor, modernizing it to align with the upgraded aesthetic of the house. Moreover, we embarked on the exciting journey of finishing the basement, where we created a kitchenette, a stylish bar, and stunning built-ins that not only elevated the functionality of the space but also added an element of sophistication.

To bring this vision to life, our clients collaborated with the talented Amy Sweet on the design and finishes, infusing their unique taste and personality into every detail of the project. It was truly a pleasure for us to see their dream come to fruition, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this remarkable transformation.

With the completion of this final phase, the entire home now stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful and creative renovation, turning a well-loved house into an exquisite sanctuary of comfort and beauty.
