Moving to Southern California from Sonoma, they wanted a beach home that would capture the beauty of living near the coast and become a place where friends and family could enjoy the beautiful lifestyle that comes with living near the sea.

The home doesn’t give much away from the street but as you approach the large rusted gate with a raw wood handle, you realize there might be something special to this home. As you meander through the outdoor garden you are greeted by a private courtyard rich with plant life, this courtyard becomes a retreat when then sun goes down. Then upon entering the home you are immediately drawn to the view.
