Casa Catalana is a project inspired by the tones of Baja California stone. Designed with the lightness of the straight line and the heaviness of the organic shape of the stone, its interior spaces have an interaction with the exterior area.

Composed of three levels, the first is intended for an access courtyard and garage area and a stone wall welcomes the residence, inviting you to walk along the staircase to access the second level, where the access to the house is located, covered by a volume that seems to be floating on the façade.
On the second level we have the social areas where the first thing we see is a double height that houses the living room and dining room, divided with a fireplace in marble finish; The dining room interacts with the outdoor area of the residence and in direct communication with the kitchen with walnut wood finish and stone countertop, LA. Or one connects to the family room, divided with a latticework. Another highlight on this level is the Carrara marble staircase that takes us to the upper level with a steel plate-based railing.

On the third level it is intended for the private spaces of the project, where the first point we reach is a distributor that invites us to a tour of this level as well as giving us a view towards the lower level thanks to the double height and taking advantage of it to have various views of the outdoor area while maintaining the required privacy. It has 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and walk-in closet, and a laundry area, the outdoor area we have a large patio which is surrounded by the volume of the house to maintain privacy and protected with a stone wall that is appreciable from any internal point of the residence and complemented with a barbecue area and campfire.
