A before & after of a small carriage studio apartment in Kentucky’s State Capitol. Only walking distance from the Capitol and Historic Downtown.
Renovated solely by Jason; the once dark and dirty space is transformed into a home favoring a place in the French countryside; except it’s in small town America. The quaint studio carriage house had good bones and lovely skylights it just needed to be brighter and lighter.
