Enjoy this private guest house within walking distance of Shelburne Village, 5 minute drive to Lake Champlain/Shelburne Farms/Shelburne Museum, less than 20 minutes from Burlington and the airport.

This modern guest house sits on the .7 acre lot with our own home and features a new kitchenette, sun-filled first floor studio with lounging + working area, and upstairs open gym/yoga area with Peloton bike and 150" projector screen and Sonos surround sound for movie night.

Whether you're here for the lake, the skiing, a work trip or any adventure in between, you will love having this special home base. Great spot for a couple or small family trip. Downstairs is a studio space with one queen bed and a kitchenette with an induction stove top for light cooking and mini-fridge. A blow-up mattress can be used downstairs or upstairs in the yoga room.

You're welcome to enjoy the backyard- there's apple, pear, plum and cherry trees plus a slew of yard games we're happy to share. You will see us in the backyard with our dog Loki and we'd love to say hi!

The projector in the yoga room upstairs does have access to Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon and the Peloton app for yoga sessions. Bring your own bike shoes if you'd like to use the peloton bike.
