Pedestal sink leaves this space so open! 8 shelves plus the window ledge gives a place for all of your little bathroom things and since the shelves are glass and inset in the windows- it saves space and keeps the natural light coming through- right where you need it.

The Paradise model tiny home loft can be used as a sleeping loft or, as you can see with other models we've created, it can be used as a tea room or storage room with the bed downstairs. Your choice.

But when it's not raining and you can't just dance in the rain- you can dance under this outdoor shower. It not the main shower, there's still a beautiful fully tiled shower inside with a curved glass sliding door, but it's fun to have an out door shower (also tiled) especially here in Hawaii. exterior sconce lighting for nighttime access and some towel hooks for your beach towel after you get back from the beach, still in your bathing suit.

Recognize these folks? They come to visit from @zionstinyoasis !!! Accent lighting is everything. These pendant lights filter light creating patterns around this room making it so warm and cozy. The accent beam gives a nice ledge to place plants and decorative items- your special things. There's a loft in this unit... so... this is basically a spare room in a tiny home. It can be the main sleeping area as many prefer main floor sleeping- so a bedroom, an office, a library, a craft room, a walk-in closet, a yoga room, a home gym, as I fetting too crazy with it? I mean it is just a tiny home.

The Paradise was designed to have the option of a primary bedroom on the main floor. This model still includes a loft so it can fit up to 2 king sized mattresses. It gives you a lot of options as far as furniture layout and what you choose to do with the space. If you have your bed up in the loft, then you can use the room downstairs as the living room, dining room, home office, home gym, library, craft room, walk-in closet, nursery, the list goes on. If you choose to have your bedroom on the main floor, the loft can be a guest room, the kids room, storage room, a tea room, you name it.
As you walk into this model, we give our owners the choice to have a couch (can fit a fold out sleeper), or a floating desk at the window. To the left there is room for a tall dresser or a fireplace; to the right is a galley kitchen with all of the appliances you could want (washer/dryer, dishwasher ,fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, garbage disposal); some people choose to have less appliances, especially if they are off-grid and want to conserve as much energy as possible.
The Bathroom is luxurious with grand, tall ceilings, slender windows, a bump-out vanity inset into the room, full tiled walls floor to ceiling, a tiled and glass shower, your choice of standard, composting, or incinerating toilet, and a dresser for extra storage. The Paradise is built on an 8x28' triple axle trailer.
