The floors are lined with waterproof planking. Oak is used for accents throughout the interior like the railing and treads of the staircase, the overhead kitchen cabinetry, and the lowered ceiling beneath the lofts.

Apart from the Classic and Traveler models, ESCAPE’s homes can be made to run entirely on electricity. The fabricator also offers to make their designs viable off grid by including solar panels, upgrading the envelope and appliances, and switching out the water and waste systems.
