"We've been playing around with folded paper structures a lot. We're not quite sure what they'll amount to yet: Maybe a table? A laundry basket? Sometimes the use of a particular product is something that we determine toward the end of the process," says Good Thing designer Jamie Wolfond.

"Its like a traffic jam of excitement," says Good Thing's Natalie Phillips of the brand's expansion, which entails going from planning five months ahead to a full year for larger-scale projects like this prototype modular shelving system.
