The Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Pratt House was restored as an overnight rental in 2018 by its new owners, who did the same with the neighboring Eppstein House a few years prior. The Usonian-style residences are two of five designed by Wright in The Acres, a community of homes built in the early 1950s on a 72-acre plot of land in Galesburg, Michigan.
