The relationship with the neighborhood and neighbors. One of the most relevant points discussed with the community corresponded to the location and orientation of the multipurpose room, given the experience of the neighbors with this space, the requirement was to move it as far as possible from the nearby houses and orient it towards the west where there are none buildings,the foregoing due to the

fact that multiple meetings are held in the place during the week, especially in the afternoon - night after the working day, these meetings that include workshops with music generate noise levels that are not compatible with residential areas Regarding the red color of the facades, this was chosen following the line of the urban language of this city since it is present in the majority of heritage

public buildings.

The diagonal wood as a Treillage and the brass correspond to predominant materials from the saltpeter era in the region.
